Forget the crash-and-burn cycle of coffee. if you want calm, clean, sustainable focus, here’s the natural herb stack I use in my daily routine—straight from my Unleash Your Brainpower lifestyle.
➡️ Save this for your next deep work session.
Ginkgo + Ginseng = The Focus Power Pair
These two are the classic brain-boosting duo—and for good reason.
Ginkgo biloba increases brain circulation and oxygen flow.
Panax Ginseng reduces fatigue and improves mental stamina.
Together, they give me sharper attention and all-day energy—without overstimulation.
Lion’s Mane Latte = Brain Nourishment Ritual
I don’t take capsules—I sip my lion’s mane.
I blend mine into a warm latte with plant milk, collagen, and sometimes chaga.
Why I love it:
Might support new brain cell growth (neurogenesis)
Might enhance memory + mood
Feels grounding, like a hug for your nervous system
Matcha = Calm, Sustained Energy
Matcha is my go-to when I need focused energy without feeling wired.
Contains natural caffeine + L-theanine
Boosts alpha brain waves (aka: flow state!)
No jitters, no crashes—just clean alertness
L-Theanine (from Green Tea Extract)
This is the unsung hero of my stack.I’ll often take it on its own if I’m overstimulated or anxious—or pair it with matcha for enhanced focus.
Promotes calm concentration
Improves attention span
Natural and non-drowsy(Also naturally found in green tea—bonus!)
My Focus Ritual:
☀️ Morning:
WATER - I start my day drinking a liter of water, sometimes two
Matcha or Lion’s Mane Latte with a healthy muesli or toast
Ginkgo + Ginseng
L-Theanine if I want extra focus or stress relief
No coffee. No anxiety. No energy rollercoasters. Just clear-headed productivity.
Want to try a focus stack that works with your brain, not against it?
Start simple. One herb at a time. Tune in to what feels right. You don’t need to overdo it—just be consistent.
You were made to feel sharp, creative, and in flow.Let your brain show you what it’s capable of.
